How Access Works
There is no public path where an unknown visitor can simply pay and thereby receive Base-99 authorization. Every authorized engagement follows this controlled sequence.
Commercial Engagement
Base-99 Core AI OS™ deployments and commercial agreements are scoped according to organizational requirements. Commercial terms are determined after qualification and scoping — not listed as a public price.
Payment Does Not Authorize Access
Commercial and payment conditions may be satisfied after authorization and commercial agreement, but successful payment by itself never automatically establishes Base-99 authorization. Authorization is governed, scoped, and approved before any commercial transaction.
