Home Base 99 Network™
Powered by Base-99 Core AI OS™, the Network does not force one architecture. It understands what a system actually is, verifies the evidence, and determines the appropriate connection lane — or no connection at all.
Home Base 99 Network™
Home Base 99 Network™ is a governed Systems-of-Systems environment powered by Base-99 Core AI OS™. Application Systems™ may be deterministic, AI-assisted, AI-native, standalone, or any combination. The Network does not force one architecture. Base-99 determines what a system actually is, what it can do, what evidence supports its claims, and what connection method is appropriate.
What the Network does, in order
System Intelligence
Base-99 applies a structured intelligence layer to every Application System™ before any connection is made. Not every field is verified for every system — unverified fields surface honestly as “Unknown” or “Not Verified.”
Deterministic · AI-Assisted · AI-Native · Hybrid
Legacy · Transitional · Modern · Cloud-Native · Unknown
API · Webhook · Connector · Database · File · GUI · Human-Mediated
Information · Advisory · Assisted Decision · Bounded Execution
Read · Write · Execute · Administrative
Standalone · Network-Aware · Connected · Dependency-Connected
Verified · Claimed · Unknown · Not Verified
Base-99 does not imply every registered system already has every field verified. Evidence Before Claim.
Connection Intelligence
Base-99 evaluates the interaction surfaces a system actually exposes before determining how it should connect. A system without an API is not rejected. A system with an API is not automatically trusted.
GUI Surface Recognition
When a system offers a graphical interface, Base-99 may recognize that surface as an interaction point. Automated GUI execution is not currently claimed.Base-99 does not fabricate visual autonomous control capabilities that the backend cannot prove.

How Systems Enter the Network
No external system is automatically admitted into Home Base 99 Network™. Every system passes through a governed review sequence. The Table™ route can initiate this review; it does not complete it.
Establish the canonical identity of the proposed Application System™.
Determine whether the system is deterministic, AI-assisted, AI-native, or hybrid — from evidence.
Classify whether AI is required, optional, supporting, or absent. AI is not automatically trusted.
Identify what interaction surfaces genuinely exist. API presence is not proof of reliability.
Map real surfaces: API, webhook, connector, database, file, GUI, or human-mediated.
Build the verified capability, authority, and health profile for the system.
Confirm claims with evidence. Unverified fields surface honestly as Unknown or Not Verified.
Select the appropriate lane — or determine no safe connection exists. Admission remains governed. The Table™ can start this route; it does not complete it.

WE DO NOT FORCE AI.
WE DO NOT FORCE APIS.
WE DO NOT FORCE CONNECTION.
WE UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM FIRST.
WE VERIFY THE EVIDENCE.
WE DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE LANE.
WE PRESERVE HUMAN AUTHORITY.
WE CONNECT ONLY WHEN APPROPRIATE.
WE FAIL SAFELY WHEN IT IS NOT.
