Important Notice: This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of Base-99 Core. By accessing or using the Software, you accept and agree to be bound by all terms herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement, TTucker Industries LLC ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Base-99 Core platform ("Software").

License Terms:

  • Limited: License is restricted to personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise licensed
  • Non-Exclusive: Licensor may grant similar licenses to others
  • Non-Transferable: You may not sell, assign, or transfer your license to another party
  • Revocable: Licensor may revoke this license at any time for violations

This license grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with these terms and does not constitute a purchase of the Software or any ownership interest.
